i wish all apt. complexes were like this. the section i live in is quite and the management as always been friendly and helpful. when i first moved in my water heater didn't work and maintainace came eveyday to try and figure out what was wrong with it. the management offered to let me move to another studio and that they would take care of moving my belongings. but i chose to stay and within days my heater was fixed. it is very affordable to live here, it isn't gated but even the gated communities have issues so i guess it doesn't make or break it. again i stay in a studio so there isn't much space. but it is very cozy. i have enjoyed my place alot. sadly, i am pcsing to fort lewis, wa. i hope my next place will be just as nice. but i fear i may have been spoiled here.
