These apartments need to be torn down. I lived there for 2 years, and after about 3 mos.I had to call in because my carpet was constantly getting wet from backed up pipes, and over flowing toilets from other units. And they would come out to do a patch-up job, and the next week or two the same thing. And to top it off that is what I had to come home to after a hard day at work, soaked carpet that smelled like mildew. Once I had water coming from everywhere light fixtures, vents, holes in the ceiling, around the egdes of the ceiling. And when you use the dishwasher you just wasting your power, because you get more food particles on your dishes than you had before you put them in. Its noisy you can here the people above you, and you can't enjoy yourself in the pool because of the security, if you get caught running to jump in the pool you get kicked out, if you are a male and you come in a big group, security will sit and watch you til you leave. The Lodge is trash make this place your last option. Really get out and look before you decide on this place.Management is nice, but the units are garbage.
