My apartment is very nice and there is a ton of space for me and my dog. I love my balcony view and it's very comfortable here. The other residents are friendly and for the most part it's a quiet place to live. My only regret is that the office staff has changed, and not for the better. They could be friendlier, much more polite and reach out to the residents instead of treating us as if we're lucky to live here. They recently made changes (i.e. new personnel, new policies, etc.) and have not informed the residents, which should be their top priority. A month ago I would have given them 4 or 5 stars, but this new group needs to get their act together.
