Have nice wheels' STAY AWAY!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Management simply blows you off when there is any problem with theft. They boast about police cars that get a discount on rent just to park their city patrol car here. However, police do nothing and I am sick of seeing wheel stolen. Too many primates as well.
