If you actually choose to waste you money on the rent there with the ant invasions, the constant leaks and water pipe bursts, you are taking a gamble! I feel sorry for their maintenance crew that have to work over time to address these problems on a regular basis. I think the best part of Whisperwood is the "Management Staff." The property manager has the most fake attitude I have ever seen and then pretends that everything will be fixed only to avoid issue after she has met with you and throws them at the so called support manager who has no clue what is going on. They are never around when needed and leave the dirty work the the rest of the staff. I have contacted the office many times to speak to the manager only to have to wait 3-4 days for the support manager to call with no idea whats going on. It is the most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever seen. They can not afford to fix their gates but make room for the new carpet and furniture in their "clubroom." It is all a joke and they will dress up the outside to get you to rent and then slap you with late charges and utility bills that are not even yours. Until they get there crap in order I would stay clear of Whisperwood.
