This place was awful! Aside from the dog poop EVERYWHERE, the staff in the leasing office is horrible. Maintenance does everything but maintain the apartments. They carpeted the bar areas in the kitchens, must have used spit to hold it up because it keeps falling down and they have yet to respond to the call and even show up to attempt to fix it. The appliances are so outdated, the microwaves do not cook they just make noise like metal is going to fly out and hit you. The breakers are always blowing and they only seem to affect the fridge so your food goes bad! The pools that they pride themselves on are never clean enough to swim in unless you count the freezing cold waterfall pool that is only clean because the water is constantly moving. We found a pair of gold teeth in the hot tub by the way. The tanning beds are never working right as with the A/C in the gym. All the money I pay in rent seems to go to improving the office not the apartments. Dogs everywhere that bark all night, loud music all night, and absolutely no parking! Computers in the business center do not have enough chairs and most are not working usually and they dont even supply paper in the printer you have to bring your own. When all the calls to maintenace fail to get the job done and you call on the leasing staff, the "support manager" is not the least bit concerned! Glad I pay so much money for this place. There is no sunlight in the apartments so you go broke on your power bill, the dishwasher is from hell and you have to run it 3 times to get all the soap off, again NEVER repaired or even looked at. The day I moved in you couldn't shower because the tub was clogged and the pipes shake and growl so bad when you turn the water on. Garbage disposal doesn't serve any purpose because it is always clogged. On top of my rent I have had to purchase a plunger and many bottles of drano because of the toilet, the tub and the kitchen sink. I am now a plumber! If you know what is good for you you will stay away from this place. As mentioned before the gates are a total joke. THEY ARE NEVER CLOSED. Motorcycles are being stolen out of there DAILY. The breezeway lights never work and they never were fixed, I have been here 4 months. The exit sign in the breezeway is hanging out of the wall with wires exposed and has been for 1 month, they still have not addressed that.
