Whisperwood

I have just moved into whisperwood in March '07.

I am military and was moving from VA., so I had to do it all on-line and over the phone.

When I got here and signed the papers and then was shown my apartment I was a little unsure about it.

Well now after being here for a month and talking to people that live here, people in the same apartment as me pay way less! The website has names of each apartment and a price.

I moved into the one I was told was called the "hickory".

It is nothing like the pictures I saw on their site.

No fireplace, no hardwood floors in the kitchen, only 1 ceiling fan in the master bdrm, (not in all rooms as shown/stated)no microwave (as stated) I had no heat/air when I moved in, the sinks were stopped up, the guest bathrooms tub stopper didn't work, the dryer vent was so stopped up it takes 3 cycles to dry my clothes and my rent is $969.a month! When I asked them about not having the things in my apartment it shows on their site, their response was: "those things cost extra"! Are you kidding me! That's false advertisment in my mind! On top of that the staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Its all about being "cute" on the phone and blowing smoke up your butt, as soon as they see you are dissatisifed with "whisperwood" they're not so "cute" anymore! Will be moving at the end of my lease, wouldn't advise you to live here, unless you don't mind paying ALOT for nothing! There only defense in the price is we have 6 pools, well there is a little over 1,000 units here, are you sure 6 is enough' Ha, you can take the waterfall pool, I want a nice apartment, I don't live at the pool! If I was you I would check out Greystone at Inverness, no waterfall but same size aparments for about 100 cheaper, and actually nicer inside!!!
