First off, everyone complains about parking, i've lived here a year and never had a problem. I suppose some people want extra space for thier work car, fun car, junker car , jet ski, boat and what have you, but then again if that is an issue why are you living in an apartment. The pools are clean, they're not spotless, but I suppose with about 1000 plus people using them it's kinda hard to keep them perfect. If your neighbors are loud, tell them to shut-up. The maintenance could be more timley, but again i've found that when I go to the office in person things get done much more quickly. They stock the ponds with fish, and some residents drop in fish from lakes and rivers around the area. For the most part, in my little area anyway, it's all military and law enforcment, and i've yet to hear about any problems. I pay $770 for two bed/bath and can't really complain.

It depends where you live in Whisperwood, over by the enclaves parking is terrible!!!! Other places they have an over abundance of parking. They didn't think about the parking situation very well.
