I recently moved out of Whisperwood Apartment Complex. While living there my wife and I were routinely over charged for our apartment and we had to fight to get our money back. All of the people in the head office were rude and unhelpful through this entire ordeal. When my wife and I moved out of the complex we were charged a cleaning fee despite having spent two whole days cleaning the apartment. Finally, if you have dogs you will loose your $500 pet "deposit" upon leaving the complex. We were never informed that the pet "deposit" is not actually a deposit but a penalty payment for owning dogs. Even if you have to spend a little more money every month stay away from this apartment complex, it will be worth it.

If people took a few minutes to actually "read" their lease terms, they might not actually be so surprised when they receive the charges. Look at your pet policy, it states you pay a "fee" not deposit.

So Anonymous, you must be one of the staff to recommend "reading the lease terms." Come on, staff needs to stay out of resident opinions on what really happens at Whisperwood!
