I have several coworkers that stay here and they all have problems with this apartment. The maintenance workers show up when they want too, they don't really know what they are doing and when they finally fix the problem, you can always count on them having to come back and fix the items they broke when they were here. I had a cracked window when I moved in. They broke the window blinds and I found broken glass all over the floor from their repairs. The ac unit broke 4 times in a two month period. I recently moved out and I fought to leave here without them charging me. I got a document that said that I owed no more money, but 2 months later I got contacted by a collection department saying that I owed $153. I went to the apartment manager and they couldn't even say what the charges were for. They tried to say that the management company is the one that pushes the charges and there wasn't anything they could do. Stay away from any apartment complex managed by Mid-America Apartment Communities. I recommend any apartments managed by Greystone. Check them out and you'll be impressed.
