I am a new resident at Whisperwood, been here for about 5 months and I overheard that staff discussing this web sight and was instructed to write some positive reviews due to the negative ones written.
The staff needs to watch what they say and check their surroundings as well as focus on the apartments rather that the "party pool." RENTERS BEWARE!!!
It has not been a terrible experience but I am a single guy, from what I have observed this not a family location.

What exactly have you observed? You said you haven't been at Whisperwood very long and the pools aren't even open yet.

Actually, the pools don't close they are open year round. Maybe you should be reading your community info a little closer because it is people like you who are complaining in the office in two months when you can't figure out why things are the way they are.

I lived at Whisperwood for six months and it was a terrible experience! The guy that lived above me was extremely loud -- the more I complained the louder he became. I filed three complaints with the office and nothing was done. I finally moved so I could get some peace and quiet.
