Whisperwood

 

I agree with the previous reviews on the sneakiness and the nickel and diming of the staff at Whisperwood.

We were never told that we needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned until less than a month before we are scheduled to move out.

The staff members are rude, unless you play for the Catfish or Cottonmouths, then you might be ok.

The ladies that work in the fitness center are extremely rude and treat grown men and women like children.

Both myself and my wife have had negative experiences with the fitness center staff.

It took 6 months for our roach infestation to be taken care of.

We had to threaten to move out because Whisperwood was not holding up to their end of the contract.

Afterwards they hired a new extermination company.

Also Whisperwood is probably the only complex in the area that charges for water, trash, and sewer services.

I could go on and on but I haven't got all day.

I'm sure that someone from Whisperwood will comment and try to negate my experience, but take my word for it, Look eleswhere in Columbus for an apartment community.
