not to bad

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived at whisper woods for 2 years, and moved out when I bought my own home. The complex does have awesome amenities if you use them. The apartments are nice, parking is not bad. Maintenance was slow, but I only needed them twice while I lived there. I never had a problem with noise, living on the bottom floor the only time I heard the upstairs neighbors was when they were running up the out side steps to get up stairs (young children). The trash did get over filled a lot, but I just think that s because every one uses the main trash and no one used the side entrance trash dumps.
The one real complaint I have about whisper woods is that after moving out they told me I was good to go, I left forwarding address s and phone numbers. Well they decided that I owed 100 dollars for damage to a door that I admit was damaged, but they said it was okay the day I walked the move out inspection. I checked my credit report 3 months after we moved and found the 100 dollar charge on there. That s the only way I found out we owed it, they never called or sent a notice, just put it on the credit report. I called the office and paid them the 100 bucks, it took them 6 months and tons of phone calls from me to get it off my credit report. I don t have a problem with the charge, but I do have a n issue with how they handled it .would have been nice to have the option to pay before I found it on my own accord on my credit report.
All in all I have recommended this place to new single soldiers in my unit looking for an apartment.
