We were stationed at Ft Benning from Nov '04 until Jan '08. We lived there from Nov '04 until July '07. There were not alot of issues the first year but starting the second year, they were letting ANYBODY move in. We had about 10 people living upstairs and they partied ALL NIGHT, EVERYNIGHT. Management never did anything about this after me calling multiple times. Finally, they moved out and then, we had a family of 5............3 small kids running constantly w/mom yelling at them. Obviously, dad worked all the time. Finally, we couldn't take it anymore so we moved then thankfully PCS'd out of Columbus. Whisperwood is ok but do expect your rent to go waaaaaaaaaaay up everytime you renew your lease. (not just 20 or 30 bucks)
