Sadly I did not really have a choice in moving to Whisperwood but now that I do I absolutely hate being here. I live on the bottom floor where I face a disgusting looking pond full of debri and garbage. There are always giant roaches, that maintance likes to blame the renters on saying that if you leave food out they come. I am an extremely clean person and see them once a week. My unit has not been renovated ever and the paint is cracking off the walls and the kitchen is a disaster. THere is mold in the backs of the toilets and in the ceiling. The maintence guy was very rude when I had him come clean it and tryed to make it seem like it was NORMAL to have mold everywhere. My dishwasher hasn't worked since moving in and we have a leak in the ceiling. Its a miracle if you can get maintenance to come help you when you need it, otherwise plan on waiting all day or they'll come in while you're not there. Sounds like a good way to get things stolen to me. I always hear my neighbors above me stomping around at all hours. The lighting outside our door is dim and its a very uninviting area at night. The main gate gets broken often and its pretty much worthless to gate the area when the back gate is always open no matter what. The grounds by the office are very pretty and make you want to live here but don't be fooled. You'll never see groundskeepers sprucing up your flowers because you don't get any. I had an experience with one such groundskeeper that tried to just walk into my unit while I was sitting right inside. He just turned the doorknob without knocking then walked around to look in my windows and saw me. I could keep going on how terrible this place is but I think you get the drift. Move to Greystone, Brighton Park, get a house, do anything you can to not end up here. I know that when we come back here in 3 years will will NOT be reliving this horrible experience.

I completely agree with you! I lived there and since we moved, there has been several shootings, because like you said, anyone can get in!

Don't go to Brighton Park either or you will have the same experience.
