I AGREE....This place is awful!!!!!!!!

I moved here in June and the gates have been broke the whole time.

There has been breakins and shootings..and we pay a ridiculous amount of money to live in this place.

Paying over one thousand dollars a month to live in an old, broke down, rodent infested atmosphere.

I will be moving as soon as my lease is over.

Renter beware....when you initially look at the place it will look fine..but beware..you will find mold spores, leaks in the roof, and so much paint patchwork ..that it will just make you sick.

This place needs a total face lift.

I also should let you know that some of the buildings are in such poor condition that the wood looks like it may be rotten.......

I just wish I would of done my homework first ...
