I happen to love living at Whisperwood. I have lived here for a little over a year and have really enjoyed all the choices I have from the many pools to the many activities that they offer to even the many different floor plans I had to choose from on move-in. I even met my girlfriend at one of their wine tasting parties. I have heard people talking about car break-ins (which I think happens everywhere...my car was broken into before at another apartment community) so I decided to ask the management staff about this. I was informed that not only do they have 5 police officers that live here and patrol the community but they are also installing a brand new gate system that will be completed by mid January. I think that Whisperwood has benn given a bad rap and I would highly reccommned it.

Sounds to me like you're an employee of Mid America trying to boost the online rating. If you're not you must have a lower standard of living than the rest of us. I know four other couples that live here and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US has mold throughout the apartment. Law requires them to tell us about the mold which, we were not informed of when moving in, every building is infested with mold and their only solution is bleach. Geniuses! This place is disgusting and when you approach the staff with your complaints nothing gets done. Your review is calculated and every scenario you provide is answered like a staff member. I'm sure this new gate system will require us to pay more money, not like we don't get every penny squeezed from us for all the "amenities" of Whisperhood. Maybe they can take all the money they spend on landscaping their clubhouse and buy new gym equipment and have all the apartments air tested and take the appropriate action to repair the mold damage. We're all probably getting cancer as we speak!
