Not a Good Place to Live.

This place is not worth your money.
I have lived here for over a year and the A/C unit has gone out 4 times (in the summer) and they shut off the water for hours at a time without telling any of the residents at least twice a month.
The trash compactors are an inconvience and are always disgusting.
The pools may look nice in the pictures but if you go to them it is a drunken party with who knows what going on.
Also, the gates are always broken.
You pay to live in a gated community where everyone in Columbus can come in whenever they want.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

At my apartment in Phenix City AL it is like the same thing. The rules are there in clear view. NO ALCOHOL at the pool but the trash can and around the trash can there are glass bottles and cans of empty alcohol bottles. Disgusting. lol I feel ya hun. :(
