Loved it here. Lived here while stationed at Benning. Really loved the location, and the pools. They grounds are really nice, and they have a decent fitness room. I always felt safe. Some of the apartments are nicer than others, so you really have to look at them. Hated the hospital

Don't Bother The new management is worse than the last. They are VERY rude and the apartments are not worth the rent their charging. There were built in the EARLY 80's and you can tell it because every other you see a u-haul backed up to an apartment building.

Great place to live! I lived at Lullwater for a year and loved every minute of it! The staff is very friendly, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments are very spacious! The bark park was great for my dog, and I loved the walking trail around the lake! Great place to live!

Horrible Car break-ins are frequent. The management team is dissociated, and only shows concern to your face. Otherwise, what is broken will stay that way, or you will be blamed for the mishap. I was once told that my thermostat was reading at 90 degrees because I kept my bathroom light
