Great for roommates living together! I lived at The Grand Reserve with a roommate. I absolutely loved it! We each had our own space when when we wanted it. The layout is very nice if you are living with a roommate. I would recommend this to anyone living with a friend/roommate!

DUMP, DUMP, DUMP I feel like I'm in the projects here at this apartment complex. The walls are paper thin, the size of my bathtub, and the management staff is rude and unresponsive (as well as the home office). Which by the way, the home office won't call you back.

Great Value We movd to Ashley Station for the location and the rent rates.
The property is clean and the employees are professional.
I had concerns about crime and they let me talk to the manager and she assured me that crime happens everywhere and not just in one spot.
