The property is clean and the employees are professional.

Keep looking... I lived here for a year. It's a great idea, but no complex seems to really make it work. The management is terrible. There is zero security. A friend who still lives there has had multiple break-ins. I lived there the year it opened, and we still had maintenance issues.
