Don't expect to be treated as a resident, the customer service "courtesy" departmnent is horrible. Don't expect to get your deliveries, they will be held in the office for atleast 14 days before you receive a call. The gates are closed all day to avoid crime, but yet police are patroling my building every weekend. Go figure!
