I moved in this complex nearly 2 years ago and I at first it was a good experience. But I was WRONG. Shortly after moving in, the neighborhood began to get louder and more disturbing. My neighbors ( for the most part) are very disrespectful and are not considerate when it comes to parking. I would often have to park FAR away from MY apartment just bc my neighbors would have 50 friends over that took over my parking spots! I renewed my lease for a second year and I shouldn't have. My neighbors now are LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL. The office does nothing for my concerns with this. Not to mention, for the entire two years, this one couples car alarm goes off EVERY single night or early morning. You will hear LOUD cars w/LOUD music going by in the wee hours. The office also does nothing about this. There is goose poop everywhere outside near the lake (which smells as well). The gates were ALWAYS broken until just recently ( i had to at one point RAM my car thru the gate just to get to my home bc they all stopped working!). Lastly, I do not feel sage here, it seems like they are letting anyone and everyone in here these days, I cant even walk my dog at night bc I do not feel safe w/ the ppl that live here! I do not rec. this home to anyone. It is a very loud community w/disrespectful neighbors and an okay staff! Paper thin walls as well!
