I love my apt but I would NEVER choose to live here again & I can not wait to leave!!!The location of these Apts are nice. The size & price of the Apts are nice also. DO NOT LET THIS FOOL YOU!!!!!! TRUST ME!!!None of this commentates for type of environment you live in. People hand out in breeze ways drinking beer & smoking weed. Smoking blunts in broad daylight like this is a normal LEGAL activity!!! But as part of your lease requirement you have to sign an agreement to abide to an alcohol & drug free environment!!!! LOL!! What a joke. I was told not to move here but the location & the inside of the apts fooled me. I have witnessed countless fights - even a fight which involved a knife!!! HELLO!!! People sit on your car like it is just a hang out spot & seem aggravated when you ask them to move so you can leave!!!!! The management & employees change a lot. They also tend to not be very helpful. It took me THREE months to get my toilet fixed!!! I had to call almost everyday until I finally just snapped about it before it was resolved. I have had guys put their hands on me as I try to walk up the stairs to my Apt. My family hates to come visit me because of the things that go on around here!! Even my friends do not like to come out here. I wanted to post this because I want people to know that nothing has changed since the last posting. I think it is sad that hard working people like myself want to leave an affordable place like this. Unfortunately I do not believe anything will change until the management is more decisive of the caliber of people they choose to rent Apts to. I have been here for over a year and have not seen many changes at all. I do not feel safe living here nor do I feel respected by some of the people who live around me or the management.

I would have never thought that Arbor Lake has these types of problems. I pass by here occassionally and I have always assumed it was a nice place to live. I have been scouting for a place to move to and Arbor Lake was one. I can believe that what you say is true based off my first and second visit to Arbor Lake. The first time I came there I had to sit for about 15 minutes before any of the staff came out and noticed I was in the lobby. At this point there were other people ahead of me so I left. I was ticked off but decided to give it another try. This time I was able to speak with someone and see an apartment but the agent I dealt with did not have the right attitude to be working in this field. This person was rude,sort of demeaning in their speech, and stern. This agent could have been more hospitable, approachable, and down to earth while remaining professional. Dealing with this individual alone turned me off from ever wanting to come back and sign a lease with them. It is a shame because the apartments are nice along with price, amenities, etc. I am a patient person but the way I was dealt with on a tour of an apartment of all things rubbed me the wrong way. Otherwise, I would be signing a lease now. Based on this I can see how tenants would have problems out of management. Arbor Lake needs to get there management/staff together and on top of things. A potential resident should not be able to come in on one or two visits and get the vibe that the could have problems if they move here. Until management is stable and has a standard of living in place that they use to help them choose a better caliber of people to rent the apts, it will loose current and future residents. I can prove that because myself and another friend have decided not to move here. First impressions can mean everything.

Im moving to arbor lake tommorow! I currently live in salem terrace so it couldnt be any worse there than here. The apartments are extremely nice and affordable. I hope the environment is safer as compared to where i am now. i recently visited a few times and i was fortunate not to witness any of the things u stated above and im not sure if management is aware of such things. anyways we will c!
