lol...I see Arbor Lake hasn't changed. Does the pizza man come out there' I know when my lease was about over there the pizza man was held up at gunpoint in broad daylight! So, needless to say the papa johns man musthave spread word b/c no other pizza delivery service would come out! Shootings, break-ins, loitering, crime---rediculous!....none of my friends or family would visit either. and if they did, they didn't stay longer than 5 minutes...literally! This place should be demolished. I bet majority of the people I knew that lived over there, still do live over there....no sense of progression. Me and my family were just starting out. I was hoping that it would be a great start for us....it turned out to be a nightmare! The apartment itself was nice, the people...hmmmm.....
