Basically all you need to know about these apartments are "DON'T MOVE HERE!!"
The management at this apartment complex is totally a joke. As stated in the other review for these apartments, my situations are exactly the same.
No maintanence, No amenities worth the price, average $865 a month for a two bedroom. This itself is outrageous considering the location and the tiny square footage (You can't put a kingsize bed in any bedroom). The apartments are poorly made, with safety hazards throughout the complex. (Loose sheet metal around columns, apartments flooding all of the time because of poor landscaping, cracking sidewalks, leaking toilets, very small kitchens, no contractors to complete repairs needed. (Just some young kid with no experience to do "ALL" of the repairs)
Please, Please, Listen to someone that knows what type of residence this is, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Don't think that I'm some angry tenant who didn't get his way, I'm a minister in the local area. I have taken under my wing the opportunity to use my status in the community to warn people of the prison they might be moving to.

new management has taken over and its a great place and I love it here. My kids feel safe and there pet friendly with my liitle poodle. All thinga are clean and very well kept. Feel free to rent a apt. there. I know you will love it here to. I have been here for 4 years and theres nothing like that here now. yes the rents a little pricey. but thats good it keeps the trash out and they can go live at aabour lakes, maybe thats were you need to be if its to expensive.you also sound like you are crazy I am so glad that you moved out. thanks.
