Moved in earlier this year. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. The issue is not following through. I've put in a request for a couple of repairs, some of them have been done, some have not. The people who have dogs here DO NOT clean up after them, and it is not enforced. The trash that seems to be moving in here will be what makes me move out as soon as my lease is up. The facility itself doesn't seem to be well made, because I can here everything my upstairs neighbor does...and I mean everything. I guess I am used to living in a house, and a well made one at that. Looks like I'll be buying sooner than I originally planned when I came to this area.

I am a resident and it seems to me that you do not understand apt. living. yes you do need to move to a house as soon as possible. there are some of us that have pets and love them. And I am not one of them that does not clean after my dog. But I see that there some that dont but the staff will always take care of it and If you call the office the manager will alwys have it taken care of immediately.as for the repairs the maint. man Luis has done a great job and the work orders are always taken care of within 24 hours after calling the office. So I dont know what your talking about maybe just because you dont have a life. Because here at Leafstone Its a GREAT place to live. Please come and join us.And I think your a very nosey person to be listening to other people.
