If you loud noise and termites this is the place for you

We have rented the apartment for approximately 15 months. My wife and I make plenty of money to pay our bills, and we have never been so much as one day late on our rent. But the minute we moved into the apartments we hve never had a quiet day. The apartments are poorly built with paper thin walls and walkways that are not cement but wood. I have my own children, but I would never let them loiter the hallways to the point it becomes a chore to walk down the stairs. The wood support beams holding up the stairwells in at least building 5 are falling apart and eventually the stair wells are going to coe down. The back porch railings are rusted up and look terrible.
I have personally spotted rodents scooting across the grass in between the buildings. They hold pool parties all of the time with the management team right in the middle of it. The noise and disturbance during these parties is ridiculous.
Termites, along with other bugs appears to be a problem with this complex. You see, we moved out of the apartments several months ago, but we had to continue paying rent until September while making a mortgage payment. While moving one of our pieces of furniture out of the garage we noticed termites falling out of the wall and on our furniture. We placed the furniture in the trash, but the termites had already infested in the drywall. This forces me to ask the question: Does management realy know how to manage this property'
