They make it sound so great when you go to look at them but they don't keep up on the temites, bugs and mold, and the keep up of the apartments are expensive.. When other people move out around you they charge thier electric bill to the surrounding people.. even tho they are supposed to pay for it.. They make you pay to move in and make up you pay move out.. They are almost bankrupt.. I would not recommend these apartments unless you are bringing in more that $900 a week, but then again if they knew that they might charge you killer.. we were living in there and till this day we still own them money.. The mold made me really sick.. on top of the $300 electric bill every month..It's crazy.. Not to meantion the old owner..(Judy Hernadez) was a ice head... She might of been using your extra money you were paying to buy it of put where she took money out.. They are about broke...

Just thought anyone thinking of moving here would like to know that Judy is still the complex manager.. BEWARE!!!

yes i am a victim of Leafstone.... Judy is not only still there, but she has advanced to being a full pledged ice queen. You may not have to worry about her taking your money, but she will try to screw your man.... Look at it this way if you are a single man you can get a discount off your rent. All you have to do is flirt with Judy, or you can get free rent by $%#@ Judy.(we all know how you can get that). Hey ladies don't worry if you have a line she will gladly accommodate you too. Just to let you know that i will be moving from this new age "cat house". I feel that if you don't party like a rock star this place is not for you..
