Find somewhere else. The management is rude and dishonest. Items within the apartment frequently malfunction, and many or most of the "amenities" are out of order. This is one of the most unorganized office staffs that I have ever laid eyes on. Many of the girls up front are polite but the manager, Judy is horendous! Every day it is just a new pain in the butt!

the truth is coming out about this place as i knew it eventually would, darkness is always brought to light thanks for the honest people out here that say it the way it is, its time for us as people to stand up and say the truth and quit being worried about consequences of the truth, history repeats itself over and over again because of us, lets stand up

I know several people who work at the Newton County SHERRIF'S Dept and none of them would claim that they work for the "Police" Dept. It sounds to me like the staff wrote this in an effort to recover their reputation. How many "New owners" has Leafstone had now? Also notice that all of the "different" people who have posted positive comments about the apartments use the same type of grammer and awful spelling. (Equiptment?)I noticed as well that no positive comments are left untill about 1-2 days after a negative comment has been posted. Could this be because the staff receives an email informing them that a comment has been left? I think this is a little funny but very sad.

I have currently lived at leafstone for four years now,and I don't see how anyone could say these things,I work for the Newton county police dept. and I have reffered many friends that also LOVE it here. I hate that people like that can put a bad word out on such a great place. I know several neighbors that have lived here since the property was built. It's been even better lately since the new owners took over they have really upgraded the place,with new fitness equiptment and even more community activities!!

I lived in leafstone in 2003 the previous manager was absolutley crazy. She was jelouse of her co workers if they were attractive and jelous of me because i had a lot of friends there .She was very nosey and always in my business telling me how cute my boyfriend was and had the nerve to ask me if his mother cared that we were an interacial couple. Her daughter was a 13 year old ----- sleeping with the whole neighbor hood and several neighbors were into swingers parties. The manager would throw pool parties that no one would come too because every body was always at my apartment. MANAGEMENT WAS ALWAYS TOO LAZY TO FIX THE HOTTUB. I WITNESSED A HOMELESS GUY COME TO THE COMPLEX SLEEP WITH A FEW GIRLS AND THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW HE BRINGS HIS RICH GIRLFRIEND TO THE OFFICE AND SIGNS A LEASE. THE DAY I MOVED OUT HIM AND THE MANAGERS STOLE ALL MY FURNITURE AND DUMBED THE REST OUT ON THE CURB There were thirty five year old women who were fascinated with high school boys. One time the manager I think her name was (Judy) gave a guy a free garage to hide his car from a girlfriend when he was supposed to pay 70 a month. As for the police department i won't even go there they are so corrupt and any complaint leafstone has about its neighbors they are quick to the rescue. They did try to burn me for a couple of thousands when i moved out and charged like 1500 dollars woth of cleaning fees. Judy the manager was in the court house behind me smirking and talking trash because i was moving out. She loves misery of others. Her daughter used to be at my apartment all the time and told me she could not stand her own mother she was only 13 at the time! Now i see why. one day i saw Judy screaming and cursing at the people in the office cuz they gave me extra time to move. what a crazy managment and the staff is terrified to loose their job so they let Judy throw tantrums.
