I think its really bad to down grade the former manager when all she did was work her ass off to keep our community up for all of us. The new management SUCKS. He is going to be so LAZY. he never looks up from his computer when you go into ask him a question. And all he does is complain about how much work he has and he does not have time for anything else. And hey he's got the -----------, whats she doing' He does not ask our concern, always was doing things in the office for him.It'slike a grave lawn out here now. Those people want to raise our rents and give nothing in return. ---- was giving a Resident Appreciate party when she left and they have never even given it to us. They really want all of us to stay. They are very rude and act like they don't even want us in the office when you come in. They just cookies and acted like the residents here was not to get any of them only the new guests. Will I'm here to tell you I have been here for 5 yrs and you guys are not going to treat us this way. i will make sure when I leave that we all leave. the ones already here are just as important as the ones coming into this communtiy. I can tell it's going to be a nightmare and I know a lot of us dont want to experience it or the new girls from LA. they are the rudest people I ever met. So dont move in here now were all waiting to see where ---- will be working sowe can get the Hell out of here. We will be going whereshe is because she was a GREAT manager and cares about her people. Hey forgot one thing!!! office staff we residents do pay your pay check don't for get that!

If they have to raise our rents, I'm sure it will be minimal. Considering this in the only rental area in Covington that doesn't accept section 8 I wouldn't complain. They can't legally raise your rent (from my understanding) until your lease runs out. If in increase in our rent means keeping a better clientele I'm all for it. The way the economy is companies do have to increase their prices. Nothing stays the same rate forever if you have a mindset of basic economics which you learned in high school and in basic college classes--if you went. Oh by the way, do you think the former manager created the cost of our rent or the company that owns the complex? It wouldn't be the new manager's fault if rent increases. Remember he just works here. He doesn't own the place.
