I was one of the first residents in orchard cove apts when they were first built. It was very nice back in those days. You had to have excellent credit to get an apartment there. Then they started moving any and everybody in there and it's bad. Smoking , drinking in the breezeways my car was broken into and someone got raped out there also but management won't tell you that. I would not recommend anyone moving into this complex try to get a house we did. And we were able to get out of our lease because we kept complaining to management about everthing that was going on and when my car got broken into we told them that was it and we got out of our lease got our security deposit back and all.
