The property is well kept for the most part. The gate is often broken. One time it was broken for over a month and all types solicitors were at the doors. i.e Drug rehab patients..Scary! when you have young children.
The outdoor grills are mostly broken along with the outdoor water fountains near the park area. -- can be very rude and yes, she is always -------. Although, she lives on the property she seems very detached with tenant concerns. Rugs are not replaced for a new move, hence, new apartment so you think and your getting a dirty stained rug. Although, the maintenance staff is prompt to reply to requests, the management is inconsistent with protocal. Some people can have motorcycles on the property others cannot! The exercise equiptment is often times faulty and the TV in there doesn't work effectively. Parking can be an issue and the garabage disposal system is not attended regulary thus, awful smell during hot weather. No security officer on duty and the courtesy attendants never do rounds. My vehicle was vandalized and crashed and no one saw or know anything! Had to pay a $1000.00 deductible!
The other big thing is that the owner of the property is a partial owner of a cable company MEDIA PATH, and unless you choose his cable company no other company can serve the tenants for cable service, NOT EVEN COMCAST! THEY DONT ALLOW IT! But that's not all.... You also can't have a HD dish through DirecTV, because its to not allowed due to sizing. Oh yeah,., Media Path doesnt provide nor offer HD service or premium cahnnels. So if you have HD TV you cant enjoy your television or shows. ITs kinda monopolozing. If you dont choose medfia path which doesnt offer much than you cant have anything else. That's just horrible business practice!!!
The best thing Aubrey's has is ------, she is --'s assistnat and she is very professional, caring and dedicated. We are glad to be out!

the part about the courtesy officers never doing rounds is NOT true they are forsyth co deputys and cannot be on the property 24 hours a day i know for a fact that they do their rounds i see them everynight and they both are very professional and polite when i needed them they were there!!!!!
