Inconsiderate tenant

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
The noise level above is terrible. Kids constantly jumping up and down on the floor. Tenant comes and goes at all hours of the night. She slams doors and runs her laundry at all hours of the night. The police have been by several times and Management was notified. Nothing has worked to control this particular tenant. If another more considerate tenant lived above us I think we would be happy.
