New mgmt is unorganized and never returns phone calls. Was offered a concession fee for renewing lease bt when I paid adjusted rent to accomodate the concession, without researching, I received a letter demanding full market value for the apartment plus a 10% late fee with in 48 hours of the date of the letter which was a Friday and I received the letter on Sunday evenig or it would be turned over to court. Office personel then wanted to blame, Tony,a former employee, which I had never had any problem with and was always there to assist the tenants. Recently new tenants have moved in above and make such drastic noise that it is difficult to watch any television/movie must less sleep. Left message with answering service during normal hours for return call and never received one even the next day to ask for resolution. Placed a note in the drop box for return call. Again never received one. Management and landscpaing has gone down hill during the 2-years I have lived here.
