I have lived here for about 1 year and have been wanting to leave after 30 days of residing here. The staff is very rude and treats the tenants as though they are beneath them (they are extremely snobby). When I first moved in the were as sweet as pie, however that quickly changed. On the other hand, the maintenance staff is wonderful and very kind.
The apartment itself is very large and spacious, however the building I live in is just a year old and the door frames are coming off of the wall. Not to mention the kitchen cabinet space....if you cook there isn't any room for pots and pans. The construction on this place is very weak. You can hear a fly smack into a door on the floor below you. My neighbors and I always joke about how we know when everybody is coming and going, cooking, watching TV, or even going to the bathroom.
The other issue is pets. Large pets are allowed, however according to management, the cannot use the bathroom in the grass, along the tree line, by the trees or where any thing is growing. I don't about anyone else's dogs, but my dog is not potty-trained and he won't go on the pavement. Go figure....I guess they really didn't think that one all the way through.
Another issue that has been my definite decision on moving is the company that provides phone, cable, and water. Their name is Qualysis and they are terrible. You cannot use any other company for the services mentioned and there aren't very many packages to choose from in order to pay the cost you would like. Basically, it is a complete monopoly and the staff at the complex doesn't do anything about it. They jsut say "Oh yes, we've heard about all of the complaints." Not very helpful!
The onw positive thing to say about this complex is they can't get the units rented out for anything and in our building of about 32 units, there are only 6 renters and it has been that way since I have been here. Therefore, parking is not an issue.
