This place is new and very quiet, the townhomes do not have the proper storage needed for a townhouse. Also, you cannot grill on your back porch. Lastly, townhomes do not have dedicated parking spaces, which is a flaw of renting a townhouse.

Otherwise, the community is beautiful, the management is professional, the pool is nice, the views are breathtaking, my advise would be to enter rent an apartment or rent the three story townhouses, thanks!
