I rented from Oxford Summit when I moved to GA from WI. I got deathly ill and had to move back to WI 4 months into my lease as I almost passed away while down there. Even though I had serious health issues, they still required me to pay the two months (60 day notice) as well as one month penalty.

Due to being so sick I did not have that kind of money.

They did not even try to rent my apartment out as I complained constantly about the dog feces in my front yard and I DIDN'T OWN A DOG!

They are now threatening me to take my IRA savings (not much there) and being very unreasonable.

I was the second person in this townhouse and there were stains and holes in the carpeting.. they had to snake the toilets a few times, and then had pieces of wood that were missing under the carpet on the top of the stairs.

You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say and the company does not help resolve these issues, they make you do it yourselves.

This company was a complete nightmare with everything involved!

SO if there is ANY chance that you are sick.. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are heartless and cruel and make their employees pick up dog ---- from every tenant who leaves it everywhere.
