maintenance sucks Bad place I needed my water heater fixed and when i asked them to fix it all they did was come in and push the reset button on it. it broke again, they came out again, and did the same thing. this happened three times until i just threw the guy a twenty to leave the water

Highly recommend I've been impressed with the management and the maintenance crew ever since I moved in almost 5 years ago. The grounds are well maintained and I've never had any problems with my apartment unit. I've recommended the complex to many people and will continue to do so.

Not bad at all This place is new and very quiet, the townhomes do not have the proper storage needed for a townhouse. Also, you cannot grill on your back porch. Lastly, townhomes do not have dedicated parking spaces, which is a flaw of renting a townhouse.
