Apartment and Mountain view is GREAT...but there are problems.

If you are a college student, this is the IDEAL place to live. However, if you have a family, this is NOT a good place. There are frequently parties in the parking lot and such. It seems to be a fairly upscale neighborhood. From some of the apartments, there is a wonderful view of the mountain tops. The office staff is great for the most part. They do take care of your problems and everything is kept up nicely. On a scale of 1 to 5 a college student would probably give it a 5. However, I'm not a college student and give it a 3.
