My Opinion

I have lived in Willow Trace for 9 months. If I have ever had any problem the landlords come to fix it as soon as possible. I have had anything from a loud neighbor to a leaky drain. They address the issue as soon as they can. The people who have written the bad reviews are just a few of the many people who are living here. Before you sign a lease you must read over it carefully and if you don't agree with it then go and find somewhere else to live. Talk to the people who are actually livin by the rules of the complex. Believe me most people are happy living here.
As far as other places to live in Dahlonega, I looked for a month before I decided on Willow Trace. The other landlords in Dahlonega could care less about the apartments. I have a friend who lived in another complex and has had a broken shower for months. The landlords at willow trace have been nothing but helpful even when I locked myself out at 11:30 at night.
Bottom line is people need to understand the landlords lives do not revolve around the apartment complex. But once you sign a lease you are agreeing with the rules and regulations of the complex. If you have a problem you need to address it instead of hiding behind a computer.
