I've lived here for 6 years and I was happy when the new manager came about 3 years ago. Since she started this place has become safer, clean and better people are moving in, she does a good job of checking people out. The maintenance is good, repairs are done by the next day if not the same day. Remodeling made me go ahead and buy a house. I went back to see the changes, it looks good. The manager is still there too, which is good because before her it always changed and crappy people lived there.
