I lived at Amli for a year and could not wait to leave. I had a roach infestation for half the time I was there. It took me threatening to call corporate for management to take care of the problem (the disgusting people below me). Which leads to the next issue, the clientelle in the complex was pure trash. People were loud, rude, and disrespectful. I could hear every person who walked past my door, I was frequently awoken by barking dogs and the people walking around above me. Kids were left unattended roaming the complex on a daily basis. I had to get a noice machine to drown out the sound. The bathroom always smelled of mold even though it was cleaned at least once a week (If you have asthma I do not recommend renting one of these apartments.). I had an infestation of fruit flies during the summer months that never went away. The management was more concerned about renting out apartments than making sure the wellfare of its occupants were safe. I saw several drug deals and smelled marijuana on several occasions while walking into my apartment in broad daylight. The apartments may look nice and new but there is not a day that has gone by since I've left that I wished I would have stayed.
