I have a previous experience and review written about another AMLI property, it was horrible to say the least from the experience to the actual unit I lived in. SO a few years later I have decided to try another AMLI, this time at Lost Mtn. The apartment was wonderful!!! The leasing office was amazing and Joy was a joy to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised. I was back with AMLI and was able to transfer to other AMLI properties if my job required it (which is why I went back to AMLI)

However...
AMLI sold the property to Love properties and it became Evergreen at Lost Mountain. With 3 days notice AMLI was gone and so went their policies on transfers and other AMLI FAMLI benefits. The Management went to poop and became totally unreasonable and when my job transferred (I knew it would) I was told I would have to break my lease with 4 months left on it. The issue with that... the amount to break it was more than the 4 months if paid out and I still lived there. All in all, I was told this was not their problem and to pay up.

Seems like a unique personal problem and not indicative of how the management runs the apartments. I'm sure it wasn't the new management's fault that they don't carry AMLI's policies. They were very nice when my boyfriend and I went! The office staff was in a meeting and had closed early when another person from the staff was helpful with information and volunteered to show us the apartment! He didn't even have to...it wasn't even his job! We will definitely be back to lease soon!
