Rent is cheap, pool was open for 2 days but now is closed, manager is a beat'nic, maintence guy is a retired electrictian, who would rather be cutting the grass (lawn looks great) but i am ankle deep in water in my bath tub when showering, washing machine drain doesn't work very well, fills up the tub before draining this has been going on for 18 weeks. For kids just moving out, this place should make you appreciate your parents house. parking is ok, most neighbors are ok, lots of mom's white white, mexican and mixed kids, women who couldn't decide which race to be with so they tried them all and decided to bear children for the tax payers to fund.
