	Rent is cheap, pool was open for 2 days but now is closed, manager is a beat'nic, maintence guy is a retired electrictian, who would rather be cutting the grass (lawn looks great) but i am ankle deep in water ... more

	Managment is awful. Maintenence is worse. And the atmosphere is similar to a trailor park.
