This place is declining rapidly. Concerns are dismissed/ignored. Gate is busted through and broken weekly and mail is stolen regularly. The sewer and water bill is unexpectedly outrageous. Please let something be done. How can a single apartment be paying over $200 in a month. I have never experienced such before. It's crazy!!! Please help us do something. Other neighbors are complaining too.

It's been OK. There's a lot of inconsistencies in the service provided by the property. I will say I'm happy to know that money is being spent to better at the building itself. That's definitely something that has been needed for a long time.

Amenities provided brings comfort if utilized. Apt is comfortable. Building is old and neighbors not mindful of noise levels. Office staff unprofessional, incompetent and lack efficient customer service.

Very pleasant staff and overall experience. They made getting into Mt apartment via a very smooth and efficient process. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to live.

The area is quiet, there is not much noise, when you make a request it is attended to quickly.It is a quiet and safe area, although there is no public transportation driving in the area, it is easy access to shops and supermarkets.

The apartment complex is located in a nice area with access to medical care and shopping. My particular has been maintained well and the neighbors have been respectful of the other tenants living in the unit

As far as apartments go, it's fine. Just know you're going to be paying extra fees for things that aren't getting done. Trash valet (not every day), community upkeep (trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere etc)

Not horrible, not fantastic. I chose this complex because it's advertised as a gated community but somebody broke the gate and management still has not fixed it. They are prompt on unit maintenance though so that's always nice. Place has its pros and cons.

3rd floor footsteps are loud; can't blame them it's the weak flooring that amplifies the thug sounds when walking. Trash not collected on time and some days not collected at all. Cockroaches all over. Overall 8/10
