-gate hardly ever operative
-easy access for ANYBODY- good or bad...yea they have a security guy, doesn't everybody' hmm..... not very enforcefull.
-mgmnt cares about wrong things...ie: front gate needs to be repaired so restrictions are there for who can get in and who cant. instead, mgmnt hires new water people and have them come into my unsecured neighborhood, in my house, and install something. yea smart budgeting! well I have a child and wife stays at home so I prefer that they stay safe.
- unwillingness to cooperate with tendands. I try to talk and I get promises, that are not met. Is that enough to violate my lease'
- fairly good looking apartments and mostly nice people live here, but you never know. especially with the gate broke all the time. I've been here now as of 09-08-2007 from back to 02-19-2007 and the gate has functioned properly maybe a little over half my time here. I keep getting excuses and not results.
