Three years ago we moved to this community because of the great landscaping,gated community,great amenities,terriffic units and affordable pricing. In that amount of time the rent has been raised three times, water meters are now installed so that every tennant must pay for water that most apartment complexes endure. Let's talk amenities the tennis courts that we used quite fequently now has a padlock on the gate. Speaking of gates, we thought this was a gated community. That was one reason we moved here so that our children would be safe, but the gates are either broke or left open more than they are closed. The landscaping is still great looking as long as youstay in front of all the units, because there was no landscaping done to the back of the units. I know there is shortage of water with the drought conditions but I did not hear of the pine stray shortage. Also management used to screen potential clients to insure a great neighborhood.

Don't move here. This was supposed to be a nice quiet community. We thought wrong. People hang out in the brreze ways smoke pot and talk all night long. The security here is a joke. We had an issuse once where the neighbor was blaring her music at 2 am and I called "security" well he then told me to call dallas police. What is he here for? Maintence should just be fired because the whole time we have lived here never once did they change our hvac filter and we went a whole day in the middle of summer w/o air because it broke. The man went home ate dinner and then came back with the part. Wow.. really it was 89 degrees with fans and we have children. By the way it was 100 outside. And don't get me started on the heartless 2face women that runs it. I really believe she is sleeping with the dallas sheriff that resides here they go hand and hand.please for your sake don't ever ever move here.
