We have lived here for less than 3m. and my daughter has had water thrown on her, hit with sticks and pushed over rocks. We can not let her out of the apartment for fear of her safty. Geting somthing fixed is like pulling teeth, they come when they want to not in the twenty four hr. time frame, and only fix one thing at a time you have to wait for weeks for them to come fix any thing else. The stove and the fridge was nasty when we moved in had to clean all that ourself. The noise level from the floor above us is unreal we have called the officer out several times and nothing has been done this place sucks this is not just an opinion this is what we have had to deal with for the past few month's live here at your own risk.
