Merchants Court

My husband and I lived here before we had kids back in 99 for a year and the manager and staff here were great. It was a very nice community then . Then after we had kids we moved back here and the place went done hill. From the trash piling over the bumpsters, to the nasty staff. We had mold growing in one of the bedrooms and the only thing that they wanted to do was paint over it . I had to have doctor tell me and write letters to them to get them to cut out the wall and replace it. I could never walk the dog after dark in fear that someone would attack me. They would tell you that this place is great but don't believe them . One day I walked up to the bus stop to get my son off the bus and when the bus arrived the kids got off . There was one kid that was mad at another and decided to run home and get a butcher knife and chase the other kid . Well the police were called but by the time that they got there. The fathers were involved and guns were drawn. I had to run home with my 5 year old and a 2 year old and hide on the floor and wait for the shooting to stop. So I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone.... What a horrible place
