I loved it when I moved in, the apartments were spacious and the neighborhood was clean, then a year later it all went down hill. Trash was left everywhere and when it rained these nasty looking transparent maggot things would be all over the parking lot. People let their dogs use the bathroom anywhere, even in front of the steps or on the steps in some occasions without even picking up after them. The kids here are all over the place unsupervised and there have been several assaults and burglaries. Every now and then you are awaken in the middle of the night by someone blasing their car radio or better yet in the morning by someone honking their horn to pick up someone. Just recently the sidings were unbearingly filthy and I was pleased to find them pressure washing, but later on disappointed that the only reason this happened was because a vist from corporate was due. So if they had not come to check up on things the buildings would have remained filthy and dirty. The failed to pressure wash the patios though so you still got gunk and filth. I can't even go out and enjoy my patio. Needless to say I will be moving out by the end of this year. If you don't have any kids and don't are used to living in such environments then this is the place for you! The rent is reasonable so hurry and catch the move-in special!
